What are different "Answer Types" and how to select correct answer type while creating a question?

Answer Types

You can designate an answer type specifically based on what type of response is being requested, and customize the response field, to include answer types shown below:

• Text Box – Useful for an open-ended question
• Multiple Choice – Useful for a close-ended question
• Yes/No – if an answer just requires a yes or no response
• Attach Templates (can attach a file for the client to download, to permit data entry, and allow the client to respond by returning the completed document, via upload to Synergyflow)
• Attach Files (clients can upload a file as an answer to a question)
• Select Date – In case the question only requires a particular date
• None (no applicable restriction as to the type/method of response)
