How to manage client access for completed engagements?
- Upon completion of an engagement, if desired, client contacts may be removed from an engagement to limit future access by particular client(s) to that particular engagement.
- This would most likely apply to situations in which the same client contact may remain active in Synergyflow, assigned to other Synergyflow projects, and it would be desirable for the client contact to only have access to and/or view current projects upon logging in.
- Currently, SF does not permit the last remaining client contact to be deleted from an engagement (a warning will be displayed).
- If desired, a separate "client user" placeholder may be created and added to the Client Contacts, to allow all other client contacts to be deleted.
- Please note:
- Client users previously deactivated in Synergyflow will be unable to be deleted from engagements. This will be indicated by no trash can icon (to allow deletion) appearing in the Client Contacts page. Previously deleted client contacts no longer have login access to Synergyflow.
- Deleting a client user does not in any way affect any client user(s) audit trail activity within an engagement.
