- Go to Manage > Output > Letter & Template.
- Click on 'Manage snippets' icon.
- Deactivation: Go to right end side of the page and click on the 'bin' sign appearing against the snippet you want to deactivate.
- Reactivation: Go to right end side of the page and click on 'restore' sign appearing against the snippet you want to reactivate
