Checking Current State of the Question List of a Particular Engagement type

A question list can be in progress or in review stage in the system. A user can update its state to reflect the current condition of the question list. 

• Click on Manage       

• Click on Outputs in the dashboard
• Click on "Engagement Types" under manage outputs
• Click on "View Question Engagement Types"
• A table will show list of different engagement types including question count in each engagement
• To view all questions related to an engagement, click on magnifying glass at the right end side of the table besides the engagement type

Current state of the question list will be indicated in this page with list of questions. 

Different State of Question List:

1. Not Started: work on this question list has not been started yet.
2. In Progress: this list is still in progress or in review to be finalized. 
3. Finalized: this list is finalized and reviewed and is ready to be used. 
4. N/A : this list is of question list for not applicable.
